Volunteer Opportunities

Therapeutic Horseback Riding Program Needs Committed Volunteers

Volunteers are a vital part of our programs! All beginning riders require three volunteers to assist with their lessons, plus the instructor. The therapeutic horseback riding program cannot operate without committed volunteers who are willing to give of their time, talents, and energy to help change the lives of the participants. Caring, generous persons who serve as volunteers are rewarded by witnessing how they have impacted an individual's life and enhanced it in many ways.

We also have volunteer opportunities in other areas, such as office assistance, stable maintenance, special events and fundraising.

Community Service Program
Boy Scouts have participated in completing their Eagle Scout projects, Girl Scouts have been able to work toward community service awards as well as area 4-H Clubs. Local public, private and Christian school students are accomplishing community service hours that not only benefit the participants of the programs, but assist the students in obtaining community service scholarship awards when applying to the colleges or universities of their choice.
