Learning to Communicate through Technology & Hippotherapy

Meet Elizabeth. She is unable to speak and with the help of her speech language pathologist Colleen she recently got a communication tablet. Colleen is helping her learn to use the tablet to express herself. Her family is also beginning to integrate it into their routine at home so that Elizabeth can let her family know what she wants among other things. Way to go Elizabeth and Colleen!

Our First Charity Bass Tournament is in the Books

On Saturday, May 20, we hosted our inaugural Charity Bass Tournament on Lake Norman at the Beatty’s Ford Access Area in Denver, NC. Being that the tournament had the biggest one-day payout on Lake Norman in 2023, it was widely attended with over 100 registered boats.
