Shining Hope Farms Designated EQUUS Foundation 2021 Guardian.

Jul 7, 2021 | News

Transparency is very important to us, which is why we are pleased to announce that Shining Hope Farms has been designated an EQUUS Foundation 2021 Guardian.

The purpose of the Guardians program is to encourage equine organizations to be transparent and accountable to the public through the disclosure of their equine care and use practices.

The Guardian Seal of Transparency is awarded annually and is a recognition of our commitment to transparency and accountability by our willingness to make comprehensive data about our programs, horse care practices, and governance available for public scrutiny. Shining Hope Farms is one of only three Guardians in the state of North Carolina.
