Pediatric Physical, Occupational & Speech Therapy
We offer specialized pediatric therapies designed to support your child’s physical, developmental, and communication milestones. Provided in an enriching outdoor environment, our licensed therapists utilize a combination of the highly motivating tools of our farm, onsite clinics, and purposeful equine movement (hippotherapy) to make rehabilitation engaging and effective.
Mental Health Counseling
We provide comprehensive psychological and emotional support to help individuals navigate life’s challenges, build resilience, and develop healthy coping strategies. Our licensed professionals offer compassionate care for children, adults, and families, blending traditional clinical approaches with our natural farm environment and incorporating purposeful equine interaction into select sessions from the ground.

We believe that when therapies work together, progress multiplies. Because all of our services coexist on the same farm, we offer the unique advantage of true multidisciplinary collaboration. Whether your child is receiving a combination of Occupational Therapy and Speech, Physical Therapy and Mental Health Counseling, or all of our disciplines simultaneously, our clinicians are able to seamlessly collaborate behind the scenes. This ensures that emotional, physical, and cognitive strategies complement one another perfectly—treating the whole individual under one cohesive, clinician-led plan of care.

We recognize that specialized therapies like ours—which incorporate nature-based principles and equine movement—are typically an expensive, out-of-pocket cost that is only accessible to families with the financial means to pay. Our mission is to make life-changing therapy services accessible to every individual and family we serve.
As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, our mission is to break that mold and ensure these unique therapies are accessible to everyone in our community, regardless of financial background. This vital mission is made possible through the dedication, hard work, and incredible generosity of our individual donors, community sponsors, and grant funders. Thanks to their support, we are proud to lower barriers to care by partnering with most major commercial insurance providers, North Carolina and South Carolina Medicaid, and regional managed care networks (including Partners, Alliance Health, and Vaya). We are also an enrolled provider for the NC ESA+ scholarship, allowing approved families to utilize scholarship funds for eligible support services.
